Installation Includes:
- The physical installation of the new machine tool and/or any optional accessories.
Customer must provied required oils, electrical service, coolant, pnuematic, and
any other prerequisites to meet Haas minimal requirements. Reference Pre-Install
Manual that will be sent by mail upon receipt of Machine Order.
- HFO-Tulsa, a Division of Timco, will connect the machine tool to the customer's
computer via RS232 providing connections computer side, machine tool side (DB25/DB9
connections only, and any machine side parameter changes. Customer must provide
proper cabling and routing of the cable. * Special connections will be provided
on a quotation basis only.
- HFO-Tulsa, a Division of Timco, will assist the customer in the execution of program
transfer. Customer will be responsible for the configuration and/or compatibility
of the communication software.
- 4-Hours of On-Site Training (during HFO-Tulsa normal business hours, Monday through
Friday), consisting of machine operation.
Service Rates (Non-Warranty)
- Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM: $110.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
- Monday through Friday, 5:00PM to 8:00AM: $145.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
- Saturday and Sunday: $165.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
- Holidays: $220.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)
- Travel time: $85.00 per hour
- Milage: $0.85 pr mile
- Overnight: Room rate plus $35.00 per day for meals
**Non-warranty parts are customer's responsibility to order and customer is responsible
for incoming freight and return freight for exchange parts. **
Terms: 2% discount 10 days / Net 20 (add 2.5% per month over 60 days)
